Ray the sales man was very friendly and helpful, especially when I went to collect the van, as he was dealing with an elderly lady who was stressed out in panic about getting to a ferry on time to take the van home. Van is beautifully cleaned and drove from Leicester to Liverpool like a dream. Would have been nice to get a tank of fuel included though.

Bought a Mini Cooper s from here . On buying the car it was immaculate and the service we received was great . However on driving the car home it broke down . So why am I giving five stars for a car that broke down . East Midland Vans made it right with the best after service.we lived forty mile from the garage . The manager Daud sent a recovery truck to collect the car immediately. The car was repaired, with genuine mini parts not some tatt of eBay . To get the car back to us they drove it back to us and dropped it back to our door . So it's five stars all the way because let's be honest , how rare is it to get service as good as this these days and the mini drives like a dream .

Just bought my dream car from Asif at EM Vans namely a 2016 BMW X5M, 28k miles at 38,000. An expensive purchase. From first point of contact Asif was the best car dealer I have ever bought a car from. The car had a couple of issues after delivery and this is when Asif (Ali) stood out way above any after sales care I have ever had.

Excellent! East Midlands vans had a VW golf for sale (assuming it was from part exchange) I viewed the car around 5weeks ago, with my mechanic & was allowed to put an diagnostic machine on the car which results came back fantastic. The staff were excellent, honest & made the whole process easy.
